Grab A Credit Card And Hit The Pavement Baby!

We have all seen great vintage collections.
We have all seen mounds of clothing, jewelry, art, glassware, pottery, tools and
garden goodies.

The difference here is, that you won’t remember ever seeing this much
GREAT stuff in one location.

The house and terrain is precarious and very out of date so don’t expect this sale to be a walker or wheelchair friendly…we are so sorry to have to give you this news~

Remember, you will be given a checkout number when you are in line. This is gold!
Do not lose it. It will help you get checked out quicker and easier when you are ready.
This is your lucky day!
So here’s the drill folks…our sale will be located at
1249 Ridgeway Drive Sacramento 95822.
Shopping hours are as follows:
Thursday and Friday 9-6.
Saturday 9-3.
Thursday 9am-6pm great, fair deals all day long.
Discounts of 20% off for cash purchases over $100.
Friday is half price on everything all day long from 9am-6pm.
Saturday will be half price 9am-12noon when we will switch over to
box-lot pricing at $5.00 per box

to rid the place of bulk merchandise before we do free and donation at 3pm.
We will entertain buyout offers on all smalls at that time. Bring your highest bids!
We hope you will all be mindful and bring your shopping boxes with no flaps, or shopping bags, wrapping materials for breakables and especially…your credit cards for
unforeseen damages and delights!
As you know we let everyone in at once.
You go in as you came to join the line. In place.
The first person who shows up and starts a list and stays
(if you leave your name is crossed out completely)
will be the first person in the door to shop.
No one may ever sign up another person’s name or hold their place in line.
That is ridiculous. Really? They must be kidding right?
We will have a porta potty, hand-wash station, drinking water and fruit for your pleasure.
Bring a folding chair as we will not have enough for everyone.
Our smalls tables will be housed in the garage so do NOT go into the house expecting to find the Gucci, Chanel or expensive jewelry…they will not be in the house or yard.
Besides the smalls tables being housed in the garage, our vintage clothes, books, and collectibles will be everywhere in the house and yard that you can imagine.
Please be mindful this house is old and you should watch your step inside and outside.
Be careful and do not push others.
Please do not put GIGANTIC piles of clothes aside and expect to inspect them after the fact.
If you put it into a pile at checkout, we expect you are buying it as the other people believe it is sold so they leave the sale.
Inspect it BEFORE you pile it.
Remember when you arrive you will have three initial shopping choices…
CHOICES CHOICES CHOICES
There are three distinct and totally separate shopping areas!
~All three are entered from the front of the property only~
#1) You can enter the garage to shop the smalls and exit through the garage door only.

#2) You may enter the house through the front door/shop inside and exit the same way.
There will be no access to the backyard via the house or access to the garage via the house. You will only be shopping inside the house.

#3) Backyard shopping: you will enter through the side steps on the right side of the garage and exit the same way. The area is narrow and steep. Watch your step!

This doesn’t mean you can’t shop ALL of these areas, we just want to be clear how you can go about it instead of your getting stuck in one area and not knowing how to exit.
Thanks for understanding!

The Estate of Marjorie and David Soracco
Born and raised in Sacramento, Marjorie and David Soracco married in 1956 and built a home at 1249 Ridgeway Drive where they lived from 1959 until their deaths in 2012 and 2016 respectively. They raised two daughters, Marya and Sabrina, both educated in local Sacramento schools and at UC Berkeley. Until his retirement, David ran the Soracco family business founded by his father, Soracco Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning. In addition to raising her daughters and assisting in the family business, Marjorie became an expert in fashion and design, specializing in Chinese furniture, ceramics, and textiles under the mentorship of San Francisco Chinese art specialist, Chingwah Lee. Her deep knowledge of and appreciation for European and American fashion is reflected in her extraordinary clothing collection.  Their home bore the imprint of Marjorie’s eye for design and David’s ability to assist in putting that vision into concrete form.
Lovingly shared by daughter Sabrina~
