3075 Franklin Blvd Sacramento 95818.

Jackie Parker was a Marriage and Family Therapist
specializing in working with young children.
This was a second career, one she loved dearly.

She retired from the IRS after getting her masters for counseling.
She loved reading, cats, PBS, and Sherlock, not necessarily in that order.
Lovingly shared by her sister Jill

Today we invite you to shop from Jackie’s home.
This place has thousands of amazing books many of you will have never heard of,
but would love to read. Books of depth and passion,
subjects of interesting human nature and even self doubt.
About 20% of her books are educational, self teaching, and introspective.
Some are extremely collectible, while still others are antique!
For each of you who is a reader, there is a book in this home right up your alley; be it cooking in Venice or backpacking through Uruguay.
Add to the books collectibles, vintage, tools, antiques and custom cookware and we have a fun way for you to spend your mid-week shopping in Curtis Park.

The place is very full and sort of crazy, messy. There is a good amount of cast iron cookware, beautiful as-is primitive furniture, some fixer antiques, lots of inexpensive artwork, plenty of lps, books, nice bike, pottery, glass, silver, furniture and all sorts of household for you to dig through. This is a quick clean-out sale and the prices will reflect that feeling. The house will be for sale to the highest bidder after we empty it and if you need the realtor’s contact information, simply email me with your interest and I will forward your email to the family or realtor she has chosen. It will be sold as is so you will surely get a great deal on the property.

On Thursday June 23rd from 7am-7pm we will sell three households in one day only at the ESH Gallery located at
2900 Franklin Blvd Sacramento 95818.
Our sale at the Gallery will be open 7am-7pm Thursday June 23rd only.
Our pricing will run 7am-12noon with fair pricing. We will move to half price on nearly everything at 12noon until 5pm. Our box-lot pricing will be for everything outside the gallery at 5pm until 7pm when items will go for free that are outside the gallery. We will have wonderful choices for each and every person who comes down.

We have not had time since my surgery to get this all organized enough for you to shop from it but keep in mind this sale will be the biggest combined offering since we landed the located 6 months ago. The place is packed to the rafters and will offer a combination of sterling, jewelry, Victorian baby buggy, early pie safe, vintage children’s collectibles, a large collection of very old handmade quilts, hats, boxes and hat stands, vintage books, Western and cowboy memorabilia, Giant Mexican door and desk, store displays and post office mail-sorter, price-guides for antiques, vintage linens, lighting, collection of vintage brides and grooms, Mexican pottery, Olaf Weighorst print, ephemera, flags and poles, boxes of Lionel trains, primitive hand-made and painted highchair, silver-plate, enamelware, Chinese and Japanese collectibles, are rugs, Chinese hand-carved blanket chest, armoire, china hutches, tools, clothing, cast iron toys, dolls and doll houses and furniture, and so much more.

If you have not had a chance to stop by the ESH Gallery before do give it a go this week as you will be glad you did. This will be the best group of items we have yet to offer at the gallery and the next sale to be handled there will be in an auction format so we will not be offering it in person but rather online to bid upon. That should be super fun as well! Especially for those of you unable to show up early and wait in line for the brick and mortar sales which we normally have.

We hope to see you all soon.
Thanks for the read.
