Aileen’s East Sacramento Homestead

Aileen’s East Sacramento Homestead

E Aileen Frazier and her late husband spent years driving to Carmel, shopping local estate sales, even traveling to Kentucky. She loved public TV and donated plenty of time and money to their benefits and fundraisers. She loved art and all the beauty it could bring into her lovely home. She and her late husband bought this house in 1960.
This Thursday September 3rd from 9am-6pm we invite you to this beautiful home she shared with her late husband in East Sacramento at
[address removed for privacy]
The home will also be for sale once we get it emptied and cleaned out.
The sale will continue half price Friday from 9am-6pm and Saturday half price 7am-12 noon then boxlot prices from 12noon to 2pm when free and donation will be given from the driveway, garage and yard.
This little lady spent nearly 60 years in this home and the contents show the age of the couple who loved this abode. They were married from 1940 to 1980 and had 40 long years of joy and fun day trips to gather all these antiques and collectibles.
You will surely find something of interest in the scads of ephemera, costume jewelry, linens, hand-crafted pottery and household items, cranberry and ruby-glass, antique furniture and artwork as well as paintings, sewing, needlework, fishing, tools, vintage clothes and hats, purses, bags, scarves, magazines and books, lps and electronics
as well as general household and garage goodies.
We hope to see you all there and will look forward to sharing our weekly raffle for $100, coffee and donuts as well as ice water to break the heat should you get too warm while shopping. Remember if you sign up to enter and shop this sale, you must stay and keep hold of your place in line for if you leave the premises, you will be marked off the list by other shoppers to keep the entry list fair and honorable.
We are delighted to be back in town and have Tony and Martha to thank for the beautiful prep of this sale and will hope to have new photos available for you on Wednesday evening so check back then as well if you are interested in seeing what we have uncovered in the basement, attic and garage.
Thanks for the read.
