We’ll have a largest farm-sale offering of collectibles in many many years!

Claire, Ernie and his wife spent years on the rodeo and cowboy circuit. The grandfather Ernie even rode in the horse mounted Sherrif Posse and has gad of special handmade silver belt buckles to prove it. There will be western everything, tools galore, fine furniture including a complete table and chairs set from Stickley in Cherry, civil war era furniture, books by the shelf load mostly new and some over 100 years old. We’ll have vintage baby clothes and linens, hand-made needlework, framed art and lots of original paintings–both oil and water-colors.

The house is packed full of antiques from every single corner; glassware, pottery, Victorian, silver, jewelry, ephemera, advertising, arrowheads, crystal collection, lanterns and lamps, wood carvings, menus and postcards, an entire collection of movie star obituaries (3 books full) military, Boyscout, plants and planters, wrought iron stands by the dozens, horse shoes everywhere you look and so much more.

Rain or shine this will be a sale to remember and the City of Sacramento has been kind enough to lift the parking restrictions on Park Road for this one day only. Be aware that if you block a driveway they can still tow you but they have given us this one day to look past the no parking signs and get this place cleaned out for the family to sell it.

If you are interested in the trucks; one old El Camino, the other an old Nissan, we are taking bids and you will be called at the end of probate when they can legally sell them. They are being sold as is where is not running with NO information about them at all. Bid accordingly. Like you are at a scrap yard ok?

We are excited to see you all at this one in a million estate sale that will not be topped by another in our minds. We hope you will all take home exactly what you came for. Remember, first come, first serve. Once you sign up on the list, there is no leaving the property but we do have facilities and you are welcome to use them.

Thanks for the read.
Jen and crew
