Peter Brown’s Estate On The River

13860 Highway 160 Walnut Grove 95690
Welcome to the most charming house in the area!
One of the first…if not THE first radiant heated domestic dwellings in California.
This home was built by Carr Jones in 1936 out of recycled ship parts, brass, copper, shingles, brick, and even used wood. Carr built a brick home–ahead of its time in design. The courtyard completes the circle of the curved house. Jones engineered the ceiling so that no nails were required. *Carr Jones & Doug Allinger By Ruth Scott 1998 published by Dobronti publishing. To label this Delta home charming is nearly insulting. This house is my very favorite ever!
We will be selling dolls, lps, books, taxidermy, clothing, vintage dishes, antique pictures, saddles, toys, games, hunting, fishing, advertising, bottles, tools, farm items, Italian dishes, glassware, garden items, clothes, sporting items, hats, bags, dresser pieces,
We hope all of you who are able (and willing to make this lovely drive down the river to see us) will help us empty this collection in the short time we have allowed.

Thanks once more for your patronage and also the read.
