This week we invite you to two simple and general whole house estate sales~
First on Tuesday August 22nd from 9am-4pm we invite you over to shop from Harry’s
7028 Allenwood Court Citrus Heights 95610.
This house and garage will need to be emptied and in doing so we will offer up artwork (lots of clowns) vintage furniture and decor, kitchenware, tools, garden items, textiles and linens. We hope you can join us for a fun and inexpensive estate sale with great prices starting 9am-12pm, half price 12noon-3pm, boxlot pricing 3pm-4pm and free and donation going from the garage and yard at 4pm on Tuesday. Bring boxes if you plan on taking lots home.
Thursday August 24th from 9am-4pm we invite you over to Ginny’s house at
4301 Glen Vista Carmichael Ca 95608.
Fair prices starting 9am-12pm, half price 12noon-3pm, boxlot pricing 3pm-4pm and free and donation going from the garage and yard at 4pm on Tuesday. Bring boxes if you have any extras. This sales boast jewelry, clothes, vintage mid-century modern art and furniture, lots of 60s era items, furniture, garage and yard items, some tools, tourist and souvenir pieces, linens, china, crystal, pottery, old books and more.
Both sales will offer our $100 raffle prize. Be sure you arrive before 8:45 to sign up for a chance to win it!
As usual we will offer you all ice water, hot Pete’s coffee and fruit fruit for absolutely free~ Come spend the day shopping with friends and enjoying the best weather we will have all year round. This is the time to dawdle and slowly enjoy the change of seasons!
Thanks to all of you who helped us to empty nearly all of Georgia’s household on Perkins Way. That was a fun and fruitful sale and now that we have emptied the home it will be for sale!
