Welcome To Our First Sale Of 2017

Welcome!
We invite you to a three day estate sales event at this well kept and beautifully furnished
Del Webb Community Home.
The following are complete and perfect directions for you to print out as you well know we are not allowed to post any signs inside this community so if you don’t print this out…you may get lost, so be sure to have your phone along for navigation unless you are among the lucky few whose vehicle has navigation that can get you there.
Check back Monday evening as we will have
new updated and partially prepped photos
on our website at that time.

Thursday January 12th 9am-6pm
Friday January 13th 9am-6pm
Saturday January 14th 9am-2pm
This house is lovely and has loads of great collectible, antique and useful items from garage tools to a working car and plenty of general household.
There is also a running 1991 Chevy Caprice with 262,000 miles that’s good to go.
The late owner was a law enforcement officer in the Watt riots and then due to the stress of the job switched over to carpentry and more relaxing and enjoyable work. There is plenty of guy’s stuff to dig through plus a good amount of his late wife’s collectibles in
good to great shape!
This sale will run fair pricing Thursday 9am-12noon
12noon-6pm all will be 20% discount
Friday from 9am-6pm we’ll offer 1/2 price on all
Saturday 9am-12noon will be half price
Saturday 12noon-2pm will be boxlot
After 2pm on Saturday we will have free and donation items going from the garage.
The extended hours are due to weather forecasts for this coming week and the hopes more of you can make it if we open the date for Friday and Saturday. Also the thought that if you buy furniture on a rainy Thursday that you can come back and pick it up on a clear and possibly sunny Saturday. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
We were going to wait out the weather but our sales will be stockpiled soon and with four families waiting to get on the calendar for future liquidations, we thought better to get going straight away.
We hope all of you had a happy holiday and that you got a little rest from the
daily grind of life.
With thanks for your patronage and also the read.
