Two Estate Liquidations – So Land Park

Good morning~
Just wanted to let you know that we will be open for you to come shopping today regardless of the weather from 9am-6pm. Nearly everything for sale will be inside in the warmth of this beautiful house, with just a few tables of tools etc lined up in the covered courtyard.
We are so blessed to have a beautiful selected like this to offer up for sale and what does not sell today will be sold tomorrow from 9-4 at 1/2 price.
As you know, today we will mark prices down to 20% off at noon as well.
Add to what you knew we were selling lots and lots of painting, art and crafts supplies, more silver jewelry, plenty more brand new and nearly new cookware, JJill ladies clothing, more tools, Ikea furniture, more collector toys and comic books, mounds more scarves, luggage overnight cases, more fashion artwork and just more of everything nice and sale worthy.
Someone wrote and asked what size the clothes were and it seems the ladies clothes are medium to extra large with 8.5-9 shoes, the men’s clothes are large and up. Hope this helps.
What a well kept home with quality items to offer you.
It is so fun to be in this environment!
We hope you will join us for some free fresh fruit, crisp clean water, hot coffee and also a $5 discount for the first 20 shoppers in line!
Don’t forget we will have our next sale Thursday
(The Hot Wheels Bonanza and vintage men’s watch sale) at
6170 Fordham Way Sacramento 95831.
That house is just down the street and will be worth your trek over to visit us as well.
I have uploaded new photos of each sale on our website so slip on over and check them out.
Thanks once more for your patronage and also the read.
Jen and crew

A HUGE change to our raffle rules…

Please note the family has opted to keep the quilts we have in the photos. Our apologies!
As of 2018 we will no longer be offering a $100 raffle at the start of our sales. From now on we will instead be offering $5 discounts to the first 20 people in line when we open. That means your checkout number
(which you are given before you enter our sale)
will be worth $5 when you checkout with one of our crew.
Please remember that this number is worth money so don’t lose it!
Each person in line needs their own number, so if you are a couple, it would behoove you not to accept only one checkout number per couple like you did before.
Let’s see if this feels more fair than only ONE person benefiting from our raffles as before.
We will also no longer be demanding a comment card to be filled out
(although we always welcome your ideas…you can now email them to Jennie)
due to the fact that about 98% of the comments we had to type up were about donuts!

Our first sale will be a two-day event with fabulous antiques and collectibles.
John and Helen have sold their home and are brining very little with them.
