Thanks to everyone who came and shopped our three sales last week.
We so appreciated all you bought and carried off!
We are adding updated photos of the chihuahua puppies born July 5th at the bottom of the sales page as someone told me they looked HUGE in the first photos so I am posting one with Sophie and Asher to show you all their scale and size.
Once more, there will be three boys and one female up for adoption as well as the mother, Frida, the end of August. The adoption fee will be made directly to
Precious Den’s Animal Shelter
so you can deduct your new puppy on your taxes!
These pups are only 2-3 inches long and will be around 3-5 lbs full grown so they are not for guarding your kingdom but rather to love on your lap.
Our first sale this week will be held Tuesday July 14th from 9am-4pm. This sale will be at

As you can see by the photos this dear woman had perfect taste and nearly all items are in like-new condition no matter their age.
We will have rugs, jewelry, art, silver, ceramics, china, glassware, kitchenware, quality furniture, electronics, garage items. Shed is not for sale.
Our Tuesday sale will run 9 AM to 12 noon with fair pricing
12 noon to 3 PM with half price
And our box lot of five dollars for medium box will go from 3 PM to 4 PM
at 4 PM free and donation items will be given from the garage and driveway.
On Thursday, July 16 from 9-4 we invite you over to

Our Thursday sale will run fair pricing 9 AM a.m. to 12noon
Half price will be 12 noon to 3 PM
Box lot pricing will be
3 PM to 4 PM
With donation and free items going from the driveway and garage at 4 PM on Thursday.
This house is packed full of fun items including furniture, movies, music CDs, kitchenware, loads of perfect condition quality tools and rolling tool chests, pots and pans, and yard as well as a nice near new shed. And some really decent household items at fair prices. We will also have some costume jewelry for sale as well as some fancier crystal, china and silver. The sale offers an older ford vehicle for sale that will be priced to move but cannot change hands until the end of the month so if you buy the car we cannot finish the paperwork until the last days of this month. Thanks for understanding.
Both of these sales have fantastic locations, plenty of parking, and are close enough to
Hagen’s Freeze
allowing us to offer you all a nice cool freeze throughout the day as long as they last. YAY!!!
We’ll have our $100 raffle at both sales for you early birds, donuts in the morning and free water throughout the day and possibly coffee if it is not too hot.
Don’t forget to bring your re-useable cups we have given out to you over the past weeks.
