Don’t forget our donation and free items will go from the driveway at 4 PM on Tuesday.

Each sale will offer you free coffee and Marie’s donuts as well as ice water as long as our supplies hold out but on Wednesday we have a special treat for you. We will be giving away a cup of Hagens Freeze (think the original Merlinos) to the first hundred people who come to shop so that’ll be extra special but it won’t be ready until 10 AM so you’ll have to stick around until 10 to get a cup thanks for understanding.

We are helping Mary to empty her garage although she has more things in her garage than most of you do in your house.  unfortunately in the past few years Mary has lost her sister and her mother so these items are primarily from those two ladies households who had good taste, quality homes, and nothing but the best so that’ll be a fun sale for all of you to enjoy, There is plenty of parking so come early stay late and be on time to join the hundred dollar raffle which you have to be signed in for 15 minutes prior to opening by 8:45 to enter. We will also offer free bags with the company logo for your purchases to be carried home in, free water cups filled with ice water to cool you off, and good company to sit and wait with before we open.

Our next sale will be held Wednesday June 24 from 9 AM to 4 PM the address for that sale is

and that sale is located right in the center of Arden park. What a beautiful old home which will be for sale after we finish emptying it and Gwen the owner has been there since the house was new so you’ll have 60 or 70 years of collectibles to dig through and the backyard will be stuffed full of crafts, boxes of household collectibles and years and years of keeping things that she knew one day somebody would use…maybe you? We’ll start with their pricing from 9 AM to 12 noon, will move to half price from 12 noon until 3 PM and of course we will offer you our box lot pricing from 3 PM to 4 PM with free items and donation being taken at 4 PM from the garage driveway and front yard.

Gwen’s household offers some very precious Bauer and Fiesta dishes, wall pockets, china, Sterling as well as silver-plate, dresser pieces, jewelry, vintage clothing, lots of quilts, afghans, tons of kitchenware, Christmas items, vintage everything and plenty of Duncan Phyfe furniture as well so that will be fun for you all to shop through. We’ll try to update photos for our Wednesday sale at the beginning of the week after we’ve had more time to prep.

Our last estate sale of the week Will be held Thursday June 25th from 9am-4pm at

This house is stuffed full of fun women’s items from Lladro’s and Hummels to artwork and sewing by the roomful. There are hundreds of skeins of yarn, hundreds of spools of thread the half-dozen sewing machines including A very expensive embroidery machine. There are sewing items, crafts items, collectibles, appliances… some brand-new like the washer and dryer front loaders. There’s tools, brand-new kitchen where inboxes, silverware sets, chocolate molds, butter molds, German collectibles, collector plates, fine sets of china including a gigantic Blue Danube set. There’s near new furniture including a huge formal carved dining room set, four separate couches, lots of living room tables, office furniture, bedroom furniture, rugs and of course no house would be complete without its fair share of decorative pillows scattered everywhere in the house.

We hope we get to see each one of you at one or more of these sales this week. I know that the crew is heading off to the Estate Sales Net conference in Chicago the following weekend so more than likely we will have few if any sales that last week of The month. Thanks for understanding and we appreciate all of you who came by our last week’s sales and we hope to see you soon.

Thanks for your patronage and also the read.
