Bob shopped. He went every weekend for over 40 years to the flea market at Folsom Blvd as well as local garage sales to collect and bring items home. His special love was for old broken or worn out Craftsman tools which he would gladly buy for a nickel at the flea market then stop by Sears to replace with a new one for no additional cost. There are thousands of brand new Craftsman tools waiting for you. Power tools. Gadgets and gizmos. Fun boys items everywhere. Just imagine the biggest hardware store you could ever imagine!
Biggest tool, collectibles, materials, equipment, electronics, garden and yard and men’s sale ever to date. Come join us for a two day dig through Bob’s garages, his sheds, his yard, his household, his lifetime of 90 plus years of hoarding unmasked. This will be one for the record books. You’ll be sorry you missed it if you don’t stop by. Be sure to park on Greenwood as North Park will be totally blocked off for residents parking only and loading will be done by number on the front driveway or corner lot. No early pricing, no holds, no numbers…just come early and sign up on the list and hold your place in line.
Half price will run 12noon-4pm on Tuesday and boxlot of $5 per box will run 4-6 on Tuesday. Free and donation will be from all over the crazy yard at 6pm on Tuesday so bring tons of boxes to take it away because we will surely be out of them!
Fancy quality and taste sale will be held Thursday June 9th from 9am-6pm.
We’ll have fair pricing from 9am-12noon, half price 12noon-4pm, boxlot 4pm-6pm and some free items given from the garage and driveway at 6pm on Thursday.
This collection is delightful and such a nice change from dirt and grime as well as hard hard labor. The entire house is decorated with John’s great taste from bedroom suites to end tables, dining room set with matching hutch, all nearly new and barely used since the owner traveled lots and seldom entertained and took excellent care of everything. Look at the photos to appreciate the supreme condition of this household.
