This is not the entire home and they are not moving out but this couple is selling plenty of higher quality items, many more than we have had the pleasure to offer in any full house sale for a long long while. We’ll have a pair of red silk shades on matching 15″ tall accent lamps, wooden gold framed oval mirror, lots of fantastic designer clothing, (some being modeled by Sophie on the website) We’ll sell movies, magazines, books, music, yard decor (including a remote activated Bernini patio fountain 44″ tall with color changing indoor/outdoor) exercise equipment, yard items, extensive Andy Warhol art collection and soup displays dating back to 1962, Budweiser posters from numerous locations they showed the horses, tons of holiday decor, vintage record albums from 78s to 33s, vintage electronics and stereo equipment and speakers, rare Italian Seahorse golden gilt mirror hand carved, beautiful solid wood dining room table, six chairs (including two king armed chairs) with additional leaves and padded cover in new condition, wonderful ornate Asian china hutch that marries well with table set and so much more.
Stop by anytime Thursday for great prices from 9am-6pm with better prices on bulk purchases. We will be moving to 20% off at 12noon on Thursday for those of you who stick around or stop by after lunch. Friday from 9am-6pm we will offer half price on all items we have left for sale. Saturday will be half price 9am-12noon when we will move to box-lot pricing on most items from 12noon-2pm. At 2pm we will have donation of the leftover items and will not be offering free period at this lovely up-kept home. Instead they have a charity they would prefer free items go to and we will work to please the family.

We’ll have fair pricing 9am-12noon, half price 12noon-2pm, boxlot 2pm-3pm and free going off into the yonder from 3pm-4pm. Gay and the girls will be running this sale while the rest of us stay put for the last day discounts in Elk Grove at Jilson Way. We have photos of both sales on the bottom of our website page.
