Tuesday May 10th from 9am-6pm we invite you over to 21st and H Street in downtown Sacramento.
The house will be on the market as well so it will be ready to purchase from Joann Kahleel 916-402-1817 after we empty it out.
Fair pricing will start at 9am until 12noon when we’ll move to half price, then boxlot from 4pm-6pm when we will have donation and free items given from the garage and driveway.
Luckily for all of us the city of Sacramento is helping us out by lifting parking restrictions for the entire day for one block in each direction. That means if you park on either side or top or bottom of H and 21st, you are safe to load up and come shop for as long as you like! We are so grateful for their generous exception to the rule.
The man of the house lived on one or both sides (varied when he needed the income and then he took it all over once he did not) but he managed to fill it all up with beautiful pieces in the 30 plus years he owned the place. It is actually two separate houses but you would never know by the looks of the front of it!
This will be a fun and adventurous sale with plenty of antiques, decorator pieces, tools, furniture, rugs, glass, porcelain, and garage items for you all including plants and pots.
