We welcome you this coming Tuesday January 24th from 9am-4pm to shop from a fabulous household at

This lovely home offers collectibles, antiques, nearly new furniture, a newer Craftsman riding mower, garden tools, patio furniture, artwork, linens, jewelry and much more that is relected in the photos below.

Thursday January 26th from 9am-4pm we bring you back down to 
1175 Grand River Drive Sacramento 95831
nearer our own homes to shop from a beautiful and local family collection of antiques, collectibles, a huge offering of Franciscan Desert Rose dishes, toys, games, Matson Line Menus, rare and unusual book collection, nearly new beds and bedding, tools, holiday decor and a whole lot more. Saturday 9am-3pm at Rose Tree Way Sacramento 95831

Each sale will have half price 12noon-3pm with box-lot pricing 3pm-4pm and free and donation going from the garage and driveway at 4pm sharp both days.

We hope that you will join us at a sale soon and we thank you to all who stopped by 48th Street and helped us to empty the home for that family so that the home could be rented.
