Thursday October 19th from 9-4 come on over to
300 Westover Court Roseville 95661
This sale will run fair pricing 9am-12noon, half price 12noon-3pm, boxlot 3pm-4pm and free and donation will go from the garage and driveway at 4pm Thursday.
As you walk inside this lovely home two things come to mind…How long did the family live here? And how did they take such great care of all of their belongings?
It has been quite sometime since we have given a sale where the items are in this pristine of condition and have been cared for with this much love and kindness. Everything sparkles, items are mint condition in almost all aspects, each is quality, good taste and most are American made from a time when that really meant something.
From linens and artwork, to toys and jewelry, this house is a spectacular example of how our parents cared for things and the things lasted a lifetime. Instead of ever planning on throwing it out or buying another, they took great pains to make sure everything was put back where it belonged and in spotless condition.
This whole collection is from an era when quality, not quantity, was what really mattered. You will love spending time inside and outside this home and even in the garage. It is simply a delight to see this sort of a collection survive, in today’s world. Come enjoy the exception with us. We’ll be here all day Thursday October 19th from 9am-4pm.
Saturday October 21st we invite you down to shop from a sale the family will be hosting themselves. We will be no where near there but this is the home of Claudine, an old friend we have known since Sophie was a twinkle in her Daddy’s eye! She was quite ecclectic, nothing is in order and the shopping will be a challenge but the prices will reflect your efforts! Her daughter Karen will be so grateful you stopped by. Saturday and Sunday 9am till dusk (her words) and the address is 2433 2nd Avenue Sacramento 95818 just off 24th street in Curtis Park.
Thanks for your patronage and also the read.
