Expect a huge amount of David Winter in the box village pieces, artwork, new and nearly new clothes from newborn baby to toddler, all sorts of patio and garden goodies, books books books, great vintage lps in mint condition (mostly) taken care of like they were diamonds, lots of tools, plenty of wood and cinder blocks, bricks, pavers, (on both houses) firewood too, patio cover with a little damage but beautiful, furniture galore, pots and pans, kitchenware…appliances.
