Mintie Lee’s Spectacular Estate Next Two Weeks At Kobasics

 We will also have a soft open on Wednesday November 30th from 9am-2pm.
What an honor that we will sell her GRAND collection at the
Kobasics Hall at
5324 Riverside Blvd Sacramento 95822.
Our estate sale event will start from 9am-2pm for a soft-open on Wednesday November 30th, resuming Thursday and Friday the 1st and 2nd of December from 9am-6pm and having 1/2 price discounts on Saturday 8am-2pm with some box-lot after 12noon. 
The hours will be the same the following week with all new antique and collectible items brought out daily and added to the sale. The huge POD of items will be added the second week after we have nearly emptied the hall. We hope you can join us for this magnificent offering…by far the best sale we have ever been a part of to date!!!

Our discounts will run as follows:
Fair pricing on Wednesday and Thursday with 10% off of all $100 and up purchases or 20% discount off of $1,000 and up of cash only purchases.
The 20% discount does not apply to credit card users.
Friday all prices will be discounted 50% from 9am-6pm regardless of payment method.
Saturday we will continue with 1/2 price from 9am-12noon then boxlot on most items will run from 12noon-2pm when we will have donation and free outside of the hall. 
 
We will have new items unpacked daily from this same estate of Mintie Lee continuously added to the sale. Nearly all items will be new additions by the second weekend.
Don’t think that coming just one day will allow you to see all there
