We invite you to two exciting if not totally different estate sale liquidations this week.
First on Tuesday October 18th from 9am-4pm we invite you to shop from Carolyn and Larry’s household at [address removed for privacy].
Truth be told they are downsizing to go be near their grandchildren at the beach in Santa Cruz…so they won’t be needing all these collectible and useful household, garage and yard items that we will offer up for sale. See in the photos that they have not only good taste, but also the funds to buy only the best and now those treasures are yours for a fraction of what they paid new!
Expect a set of Bose speakers on stands, bits of jewelry, some clothing, tools including but not limited to garden hand tools and lawnmowers, vintage camera (Voigtlander in leather case) fishing float gear, 60s-70s vintage children’s items, wrought iron birdcage, new in box juicer, vintage colorful dish-set, toys, games, mid-century modern Danish style teak and walnut furniture made in America, dishes and collectibles, new small kitchen appliances, front loader washing machine, patio furniture, linens, bedding, antique furniture, glass and china, silver and more!
We’ll offer fair pricing 9am-12noon, half price 12noon-3pm boxlot pricing 3pm-4pm and free and donation will go at 4pm -6pm with the exception of firewood on side of the house which will be for free immediately upon our opening at 9am or earlier if the crew can make it happen!
Please remember to bring your own boxes for this and all estate sales we offer as we do not have enough for you to use.
Don’t forget we will have donuts and coffee waiting for you early birds as well as the $100 raffle at each sale for folks who arrive and sign up before 8:45. Thanks for being ontime as the line likes to increase their chances of winning so they tend to cut off signups EXACTLY at 8:45 so if you come at 8:46 you have lost your opportunity to enter. Sorry Charlie~
On to our Thursday October 20th sale from 9am-4pm.

The estate sale of Ruby Mulder; a woman about my age with somewhat similar taste to many of you that come to our sales…Pretty pieces in every inch of her home~
This home is just PACKED with collectibles, jewelry, artwork, toys, games, china, statues, cabinets full of beautiful trinkets, lady-like colors and designs, women’s clothes (about 5 closets full and counting) tools, appliances, antiques, and an amazing assortment of general household items. All this and more for pennies on the dollar of what Ruby spent on this collection. She obvious lived for her dogs…and also her friends and family.
You can read by her surroundings that Ruby had a warm and gentle heart, a charitable soul, and an eye for beauty and peace. Unfortunately she passed at too young of an age, making this estate sale a necessary evil for her surviving father ailing in the Bay Area.
We hope you can join us for fair pricing on Ruby’s household at 9am This Thursday October 20th until 12noon, half price will run 12noon-3pm, boxlot pricing will be 3pm-4pm and free and donations items will go from 4pm-6pm only. Please remember to bring your own boxes for this and all estate sales we offer as we do not have enough for you to use.
Thanks for your patronage and also the read~
