Pretty In The Front, Dirty In The Back Estate Sale

This house has got it all!
The diggers among you will love to make your way through TWO giant garages to find that special something that you have been searching for years on end while the other half of you who want a cleaner and more civilized estate sale can meander through the 1950s household inside that is neat and somewhat orderly to find that collectible or useful vintage item that you may not even know you need or want yet.

No matter what you are searching for this may be just the place to search for it.

This is one fun sale for each and every one of you.
Men; expect to dig and wallow in the dirty and crazy messy garage while you ladies and less adventurist boys stay inside the air conditioned mid-century home neatly decorated in family heirlooms from dishes and chartreuse vinyl sectional to lamps, bronze eagle,
art and old tools and keys.

We’ll have lots and lots of hand-sewn kimonos, fabric, dead-stock vintage baby clothes as well as some adult, vintage costume jewelry, cool barware, hand-made furniture, late 60s console stereo (still works great) koi figures, faux bonsai, great original Sumitomo Bank electric wall clock, 60s cast aluminum ornately carved vanity stool, bamboo fishing poles, men’s ties and primitive kitchen cabinet in white.

The garage holds hoards of useable lumber some pieces 20 feet long, tools, hardware, advertising, crates, lots of galvanized steel pieces, old storefront ice shaver machine (I think…am not sure what this is) tins and metal buckets, lots of garden tools, and everything a person would need to run a rental company of his own apartments.

Plus on the outside there are loads of potted plants that are in dire need of some loving care and maybe a bit of aqua.

The late owner of this home built it and the surrounding apartments by hand.

He was a self made man who never stopped when thrown a hurdle.
He worked hard and diligently to provide his wife with a beautiful home to raise their kids and then in the future years to feed and entertain his grandkids.

This was a ‘one stop shop’ for all who knew them.

Family dinners were gathered here, parties given, visits had and great memories made.

Please come join us to celebrate in his hard work and all the heirlooms they left behind for you to take home and give a second life.
