Let’s invite you to three more worthy sales this week. First on Thursday September 7th we invite you down to Hollywood Park (where Paula Swayne from Dunnigan will be listing the home once we empty it out) to shop from a wonderful old-school collection at

This house looks like someone just walked out of a movie script mixed with The Courtship of Eddie’s Father and The Brady Bunch, with a bit of Partridge Family mixed in!
This will be a digger condition sale with a full garage and packed yard…lots to find for your own garden. The house is pretty much the way it stood in the 60s and 70s. We’ll have fair pricing 9am-12noon, half price 12noon-3pm, boxlot 3pm-4pm and free and donation going from the driveway at 4pm sharp.
On Saturday September 9th from 9am-2pm we invite you down to shop from a Decorator’s Paradise at 10 Marlton Court Sacramento 95831 in the Pocket Greenhaven area near the river. The house is beautiful, clean, well cared for and we need it empty to close escrow pronto. You’ll be shopping from spotless items that are in fine condition and you won’t need to repair or recover anything you score at this beautiful home. The place is just perfect!
We’ll have fair pricing 9am-12noon, half price 12noon-1pm and boxlot pricing 1pm-2pm when free and donation items will go from the garage.
Lastly Gay and Audrey will be running an estate to help Karen downsize before she moves from her GIANT house in Elk Grove. The sale will be held at
9244 Cupertino Way Elk Grove 95624.

Expect tools, garden decor, yard art and furniture, loads of designer clothes, jewelry, crystals, stones, gems, beads, gizmos and gadgets and lots of holiday decor for each imaginable.
