Rules For Accepting Checks

1. No post-dated checks. All checks must be dated the date of your purchase.

2. Your purchase must be for $50 or more before we will accept your personal check.

3. The check number in the top, right corner of your check must be 2,000 or greater.

4. The checking account must be in YOUR name with YOUR name showing at the top of the check.

5. We must have both your phone number and driver's license number on the top of your check – either preprinted or written in.

6. We will check all drivers' licenses to ensure a match between the address on your driver's license and on your check.

7. We will not accept any out-of-state checks.

8. If your check bounces and then clears on a subsequent submission, you are responsible to reimburse us for the bank fees we get charged. The bank fee for bad checks is a minimum of $25 up to a maximum fee of five times the amount of the check.

9. Write one bad check and we will no longer accept a check from you.

10. We have the right to refuse your check for any reason.

11. We do not accept checks from Wells Fargo.
